Delivery — Standard delivery is 3–8 business days after processing.

Shipping cost — $12.95 flat rate. Free on orders over $60.

Where we ship — Within the continental U.S.

Delays — Carrier delays from weather or peak periods are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the expected date, email hello@noolie.co and we'll trace it.

Damaged or incorrect orders — Email hello@noolie.co within 30 days with a photo and we'll put it right.
